Annie De La Cruz, is a licensed independent mental health professional with over 12 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. She received her Master of Arts degree in counseling from Webster University in St. Louis Missouri. She has spent time working in residential psychiatric facilities, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health facilities, and in private practice.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. She specializes in working with children and adolescents but loves to work individuals of all ages with depression, anxiety, trauma history, co-occurring disorders and many other mental health needs. With the use of multiple therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and reality-based therapy Annie works with her clients to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. Jennifer James is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Provisionally Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor who is dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward healing and personal growth. She has experience working in both residential and private practice settings. She provides care to adolescents and adults, and is open to working with clients across the lifespan. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders.
Jennifer takes a holistic, person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
She is passionate about helping clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Prairie Miles is a mental health practitioner who has 23 years experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, & older adults. She has experience in inpatient, outpatient, hospice and private practice settings. Prairie customizes her treatment approach based on the client's unique needs. Whether it's working to address anxiety or depression, processing past trauma, breaking the cycle of unhealthy relational patterns, or problem solving a life transition, she likes to utilize a holistic approach.
Prairie is a Christian counselor and believes that a client's spiritual beliefs/connections are integral to the therapeutic process. Primary treatment modalities that will be utilized include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
